We are an industry-leading SEO and content marketing agency that delivers measurable results through SEO insights and the creation of blog content, white papers, case studies, landing pages, and more.
Founded in 2017, Compose.ly was born from a team of entrepreneurs and content marketing experts with a proven track record of building successful brands. Compose.ly is a rare thing—a growing, profitable startup that has yet to take any outside investors. We’ve built this business through grit, hard work, and smart decision-making. We're organized, experienced, and in growth mode, and we are looking for fellow entrepreneurs to join our team.
We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated Content Editor to join our collaborative team. You are detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and have a knack for improving content quality while maintaining efficiency. You love to develop and foster relationships and enjoy (remote!) interpersonal interactions.
This role requires authenticity and, at times, scrappiness. Our team environment is a highly collaborative one where in-house editors work together to help one another succeed, support freelance contributors and colleagues across departments, and provide clients with outstanding experiences and content. The ideal candidate is a great teammate and someone who excels at delivering clear, constructive feedback, mentoring writers, and finding creative solutions to challenges.
This is a full-time, remote role for someone based in the U.S. or Canada, working Monday through Friday during U.S. business hours (PST, MST, CST, or EST).
